Professor Gulati has taught required MBA courses on: Leadership, Organization Design, and Managing Strategic Alliances. He has also taught several elective courses in his area of expertise including: Strategy Implementation and Leading Market Driven Organizations. He has received numerous awards for teaching, including the Best Professor Award in Kellogg's International Executive MBA Program [2002 - 2003 (Kellogg-HKUST), 2004 - 2005 (Kellogg-Schulich), and 2007-2008 (Kellogg-Schulich)]. He also received the 1998-1999 and 2004-2005 Chairs' Core Teaching Award while he was at the Kellogg School of Management. He also directed several successful executive programs at the Kellogg School on topics including - Managing Strategic Alliances and Acquisitions, Winning Strategies for E-Business, Managing Customer Relationships in the Network Economy, and Sustaining Competitive Advantage in the Network Economy. At Harvard he is co-director of a new executive program on Building and Leading Customer Centric Organizations.
